It has a great gassy feeling when opened.It is the Nabeshima series that has gas, but I have the impression that the gas is stronger than that.The aroma is not so strong.It smells faintly of white sugar.
I take a sip.The gasiness is a little.And I also feel sweetness, but I feel the unique heaviness of this Sake, a weight like a bomber, and a heavy feeling hits my mouth as if my mouth was bombed by a bomber’s missile.The umami is heavey!
Today, I paired it with tomatoes and cucumbers pickled in rice bran, and it went perfectly with the dish.Furthermore, the unique taste of oysters and sake go well together with Maruetsu’s recommended fried oysters.
